Introducing Doctor Hall

Dr. Stanton H. Hall received his doctoral degree in general dentistry (DDS) and a masters degree (MS) in oral pathology from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to completing his specialty training in orthodontics, he received a doctoral degree (PhD) in experimental pathology from the University of Washington and worked for three years at the National Institute of Health - Bethesda (Maryland) in the laboratory of molecular genetics.

He is presently an Affiliate Professor in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Washington where he has served since completing his orthodontic training in 1979. In March 1990, Dr. Hall was certified a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Hall is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and has served as President of the Washington State Society of Orthodontists and the Washington Association of Dental Specialties. He has served on the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Continuing Education Committee of the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists. He also holds membership in the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association and the Seattle-King County Dental Society.

He and his wife Sharon have three children. He is actively involved in his church activities, is an avid fly fisherman, hiker, sports fan and poet.
